I am glad to hear that Bower and mabey I should have went over support and sent chat to manager as I went in to see how to make deposit and what kind of documents as I always have withdrawal put in qt so never have sent in documents anywhere and was told even before i sent them in If I did not deposit right then (and I wasn't claiming a chip just asking on deposits)then he would close my acct.I told him that was very rude someone asking for help and get threatened and I would let my forum see chat and his reply was go ahead and I will make sure you dont gamble online again.So I closed them but I shoulda mabey sent my chat to manager as I did OC who found it very rude also.
