Dear Crushers,
This idea is based on idea from annacris
This is how it works ... PLEASE READ ON ...
One member starts by writing the first 2 lines of a Christmas carol. Please type at the beginning in CAPITAL LETTERS - STARTING A NEW CAROL : (TITLE OF CAROL)
The next member continues with the next 2 lines and so on.
Until the carol has been finished (the person posting the last 1 or 2 lines must also write underneath in CAPITAL LETTERS -- END OF CAROL) ... The next member can start a new one.
You are not allowed to make two posts in a row - there must be at least one post from another forum member in between you making another post.
There will be prizes as follows:-
- Random draw of all VALID posts including the following ...
-- those starting a new carol (only after the previous one has finished)
-- those continuing a carol (2 lines maximum) correctly
-- those finishing the carol (also please type COMPLETE / END OF CAROL if that is the end).
There will be an additional prize for the person making the most VALID posts in this contest (if there is more than one then a winner will be drawn randomly from those with the most valid posts).
There will be a maximum of 10 x random draw winners of $5 (no duplicate winners) from the first range of prizes.
There will only be 1 prize of $10 for the member with the most valid posts (or the one randomly drawn if more that one with the most) -- this may be in addition to the first range of prizes for any member.
