On the day of your birthday when you log into CC for the first time, you receive a pop up birthday card wishing you a happy birthday and asking you to send either CrushAdmin or myself a pm and request your CC points.
Unfortunately if you have, like most of us, a "pop up" blocker, this will block your card. 
So I'm glad that you seen this post and claimed them!
