Hi mzwic, I ran into the same problem and sent an email asking them to transfer my funds to my casino account. I received the below email from them.

there was a website problem but it has since been fixed, as far as them not replying to my emails they only have cust. serv. available during business hours and they are in europe so there is a big time difference. everything is good now, dont worry. i love playing there i just didn't know if i was the only one with this problem at the time

The only problem i have now is waiting 11 days for a withdrawal to be processed, i have given up listening to the excuses support give me when i ring them up.

11 DAYS?!?! wow!!! i withdrew via click2pay for my first withdrawal there and since i had to turn in the fax back form it took about 24 hours

Well, im not telling lies, i have been waiting since last weekend, i am NEVER depositing there again while it takes this long to get them to pay, absolutely useless, i wouldn't normally publicly slag them off, but they've pissed me off too much now,

ooooh dear.. seems like their upgrade caused a bunch of problems ..

I know this doesn't make you feel any better but I am also waiting a response from my email.

Please remember that in order for things to improve, they have to make changes (but of course should fully test them before making them). I will be in further contact with them to make sure that they have learned from whatever mistakes they made this time and also want to know what improvements they have made (i.e. the purpose of the upgrade).

I suspect they had everyone working on the problem, and now they most likely have a massive backlog of emails.

Sending them repeats / chase-ups only makes the problem worse (i know - a problem that shouldn't have happened) BUT .. it will help everyone I'm sure if you please let them try catching up.

I'll post as soon as I get a reply with any additional info (if I have any).

I waited around 5-6 days for cashout from Stryyke.
They're one of the slowest casinos there is when it comes to paying out winners...

I don't mean to take it out on you, but im just completely fed up with this place, i appologise if i offended. Its creeping up to the 2 week mark now, what do we reckon? Im taking bets on whether or not they will process my withdrawal before the weekend.
