krazykracker...why do you say that? I have won at Virtual and the sister sites and have been paid. Did you ask for a withdrawal? They are slow but was paid every cent I had coming and customer service was tops! Even got a email from Danny.

I HAD A $400 WIN THERE AWHILE BACK AND WHEN I PUT THE REQUEST IN FOR withdrawal I didn't HEAR ANYTHING FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS. TRIED LOGGING INTO ACCOUNT, LOCKED. CONTACTED SUPPORT, WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT OR WHY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED. THIS WENT ON AND ON FOR ABOUT 2 MORE WEEKS, AND FINALLY GOT A LETTER THAT SAID THEY WERE SORRY BUT DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR withdrawal! WE WILL BE REFUNDING ALL DEPOSITS MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT. DEPOSITS WERE MORE THAN THE WIN BY $20.
2-3 MONTHS WENT BY AND I GOT AN EMAIL FROM ONE OF THERE SISTER CASSINOS FOR A FREE CHIP, WENT SIGNED UP AND EVER SINCE JUST USE THEM AS A "PLAYGROUND". IVE HEARD a lot OF BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM NOT PAYING OTHERS TOO.
