Hi I tried to download the casino and was told I am missing a file to restart the software but after trying the download 2 times and getting the same message I decided to post this and see if anyone else is having the same problem.

superior casino e-mail came back to me ! I can't get live help either ! I downloaded & it wouldn't let me submit , now it comes up & wants my user ID & password & I don't have one & it won't let me register again .

Im getting the exact same problem as you.

Missing file syndrome.

It beats me as to how a company want to build their empire by running their business this way. Surely if you want to release a new product you have to make sure that the customers you wish to attract can access the product.!

Theres no money to be made in banging your head against a brick wall, well at least i don't think there is anyway.!
