Well I managed to get through the play through. The max cashout is $100 but if you have never deposited there (which I hadn't) you must deposit minimum $50 in order to cash out. I spoke to Henri and he helped me get the cashout. He said it will take 6-8 days to reach my account. Guess I will just have to wait and see.

If you have an account with Play United you can't get it. I tried and it said coupon had already been redeemed.
