We've had enough questions to prompt us to re-clarify this campaign.

The free ten dollars are issued to get you to try our site. We consider it a part of our marketing budget. There are rules though, and we have received many emails asking us about the whys and the hows.

Here are the hows, the whys should take care of themselves.

Limits

No one person can withdraw more than $100 on this free ten dollars
If you make a deposit within one week of having opened your account, any winnings prior to your deposit are considered from the ten dollars and are limited to $100
Winnings after a deposit are limitless
From today on, Nov. 13, 2006, minimum deposits are $50 we will levy a fee for deposits sneaked in through the Neteller system
No amount of money deposited after the fact will change these rules
No free ten dollar withdrawals will be entertained prior to the 30 days
Any money prior to a deposit will be held for 30 days : No Exceptions

You must have played a total of 160 raked hands in order to qualify for a withdrawal in 30 days
Cashouts will only be sent via Neteller : No Exceptions
In the event you requested a cashout. Your money is safe, it just needs to be reversed back into your account. Be patient, we will get to it.
