I tried to cashout winnings from a freechip once, and in the transaction history it said 'Neteller withdrawal denied' then 'Manager withdrawal approved'

when I contacted live help, I was told that that meant the manager had taken the funds because I was not entitled to the winnings...

I got screwed also, ran the chip up to over 25000 and decided to check and see what cashout requirements were. I was told that I was eligible for the entire cashout of 200, I decided to play just for fun to see if I could hit 50000 which I did. I then went back to support and asked for my cashout and they told me they made a mistake and I was actually not eligible. its according to what 200 bonus code you use, most of them are for certain forums and if you didn't download from that forum, peeps you have to read and understand the terms and conditions before oyu play these bonuses, dont hate a casino cause they wont pay you on a freebie which is just that, especially if you dont do as the terms stated
