I got this instantly.. I requested from live support and provided the link to the page that said $15.. GO 2 Live support for the bonus, if they say no.. then try later and hope for a different support person.

Go to chat.. SAY "HI.. The $15 free? Page said $15 N/D can you credit? THANKS!" That will work.. then type link for them if they ask!
