My favorite toy was a metal car (they didn't have plastic in the early 60s) with pedals. It didn't look good compared to the fancy ones today, but was much better for some reason!

my favorite toy was a big stuffed baby doll that i wanted so bad and you moved it around and it cried mama. by the time i was done styling this baby doll in years to come it looked like a freak doll with a very very short haircut and ink all over its face for makeup.

I m from a family of 11 kids, the only toy i can remember having is a second hand pair of skates that i had to share with my younger sister and older brother.

A lot of my toys and games were hand me downs that my much older brother and sister had and some of them were pretty cool, but I think my most favorite toy as a child would have to be the Toni Doll I got one year for Christmas. She had pretty silky hair and you could give her a permanent wave. She even had her own little curlers LOL

Fav toy...that would have to be my record player. It was a square box type with a carrying handle. I got a bunch of 45's with it at Christmas in 1957. I had Peggy Sue by Buddy Holly, Hound Dog by Elvis, Fade Away by the Crickets, etc. All the biggies of the time.

I loved my Holly Hobbie Bake oven, My Dad did'nt like it so well. I made him eat everything and he finally told me when I was older how horrible they were!

I was a bit of a tom boy growing up. my favorite toy was my bat, ball & glove. I loved playing baseball.

Well I can't even remember what I had for dinner last night and you want me to remember my favorite TOY!!!!!!!!!
I can say that I still have a rocker and a little brown bear (I think I was 3 when I got them ------- I still have both of them! Wow they are antiques now!!!!!
I guess I am antique too LOL

My favorite doll was Tressy. She was like Barbie only when you pushed the button in her stomach, her hair grew long. Push it again and her hair got short. I wore that button out. I had fantasies of being a hair stylist and couldn't believe my luck when Tressy came out.
