Hi Royalblush, in answer to your question, no you do not need to contact Geno if you win a contest, only if you want your winnings to go to LadyCrush. Geno is allowing any member that wish to donate any of their prizes that they win during the month of September to Lady Crush and no CC points will be deducted for this generous contribution.
