I believe you experienced a problem in claiming a $20 bonus after completing your registration to VIP Casino.
Originally this bonus was only offered to a selected group of people. However the offer was then posted to message boards which gave the impression that it was open to all, including yourself.
As a gesture of goodwill, I would like to extend this offer to you with the following restrictions:
1.The $20 bonus is available for you to claim from 2pm today to 11.59pm on Sunday 10th April. All times quoted are EST.
2.Please ensure you use the following bonus code VIPBONUS and not the original one.
3.This cannot be forwarded to anybody else to use as it will be invalid.
4.You must wager an aggregate of 75 times the bonus amount in the casino before withdrawing the free cash. Our normal game restrictions apply with regard to the wagering requirement,neither is blackjack included in the offer.

Hi,
I received an email stating that I had between April 7-10 to claim the
bonus and they gave me a new code to use. I am asuming they will
give everyone a new code to use also. So I hope it was worth waiting
for and they did keep their word in all fairness to them, a lot of other
casinos would have said oh well and not given the bonus to us as it was
by invitation only. I found their customer service to be very nice and
helpful. So good luck and lets see if anyone can cash out...

Hi,
I redownloaded VIP Casino and redeemed the coupon, then I downloaded
the games and then I noticed that my balance was 00.00, after all the
coupon was succesfully redeemed in the allowed time period. So I then
contacted the customer service and was told to email the Casino
Manager in which the 20.00 bonus came from, so I have done that, now
I wonder how long it will take to hear back....hmmmm.
The Casino Managers email is VIPCasino@xmr3.com just in case
anyone else is having the same problem.

Hi,
I received my 20.00 bonus yesterday.....
They sent me an email telling me to try in a couple of hours so I did
and to my surprise it was there
After all of this I will NEVER deposit there.
Im sorry for all the incovience this post has caused. I just hope someone
can cash out!!!

I finally got my money too Sisters, ans I played and hit big for awhile and then it quit hitting and I didn't deposit so I couldn't use ant other method besides Check or registered credit card to withdraw, I just Played it out, I have a 35.00 rewards coming to me at the end of the month for points I earned 3pts for slots, not bad Hu!
