I'm in on this contest , When I worked for TravelLodge, I was told to always put the toilet paper up & over & fold the corners in to make it look nice when someone walked in the restroom.So I have always done that to mine & even sometimes to other peoples. LOL

well one thing i have noticed tho, is when i do change it from under to over...nobody ever changes it back and most of the time it is "OVER" the next time i visit LMAO

hehee BlondeyOne, I am a definate paper changer. It drives me crazy to go in a public restroom and I try to fix the paper correctly and they have a steel bar running through it and its paddle locked. I really think that the people that change the toilet paper should have more training before allowed to change the paper don't you?

Well if you want to know the truth about "lazy" is when the toilet seat is down and they are too lazy to lift it so they don't have to put it down leaving drops to sit on ewwwwwwwwwwww! (grandson problem) and has anyone ever gone into the bathroom in the dead of night in the dark to sit on a seat that was left up? hahahahaha *cough* your butt gets wet!!!

WHICH reminds me of a story.. *I have tons of stories*
We were camping and had one of those portable potty seats with the metal legs you open and sit on a toilet seat. Now... you have to make sure you are on level ground. Once I sat on one and did #2 only to have the legs go out from under me at the worst time.
Of course my husband (at the time) thought it was hysterically funny...

has to be over - germs on peoples hands touching the wall where the toilet paper rests - yuck! ( I know, its a bit fanatical but oh well)
ask my 2 year old and he will tell you the toilet roll goes into the toilet (as a whole roll lol)

Actually I just put the roll on either way. *BUT* when it does happen to be put on up and over, I always prefer under... much easier to use!!! As far as toilet seats, I'm glad its just my daughter and me!!! LOL

UNDER, of course!!! I have a nice soft thick big towel for OVER when I wash my hair!
I did try once to dry my hair with TP when I had forgotten my towel. It took the rest of the day to get all those tiny pieces of TP "crumbs" out of my hair! NEVER AGAIN. From now on, I know to use the UNDER under me and the OVER over me.
