I just have a question..not sure where it goes.. sorry if it's in the wrong place..but here goes..
I deposited at this casino with a bonus coupon..made the $5000. play through requirements and was able to cash out $245.00 in winnings.. the cashier says the Standard check was completed and issued on the 20th of January.. it is now the 30th of January and I have not gotten my check in the mail yet..
I know it takes 7-10 days to process.. but I started the procedure on the 18th and after submitting all correct documents and getting confirmation that the process was complete and correct I have yet to receive it..I contacted support and they said that the check should have been completed on the day it gave in the cashier section..(the 20th)..
It may possibly arrive today in my mail.. but should I be concerned? can anyone tell me their experiences with this casino? and i realize standard check is not the fastest way to get paid..I really like playing at Vegas Regal..

i have never cashed out a check , but vegs regal is one super casino! i believe you will get paid ; )

I personally have never cashed out at vegas regal but I have cashed out at other Rival casinos and I had no problem. (not sure if they some or all are co-owned but it seems like support is basically the same people at most of them.)

I think you will get your check anyday, just be patient because sometimes it seems to take a few days longer. Because you are waiting for money it seems like forever ....LOL

I wouldn't be concerned yet as others have pointed out waiting is the hardest and one of the drawbacks to playing online is waiting for winnings but you get to gamble in your jammies LOL congrats on thew win and continued good luck

thank goodness you cashed out and didn't go back and reverse withdraw 50 times like I do until I am down to hardly anything and then I think. "I might as well go for it and see if i can at least make back what I had before I started hitting this reverse withdraw button" nine times out ten I will loose it all. LOL..
Its crazy because at that point I am only trying to get an amount equal to what I originally had when I cashed out in the first place..

anyway WTG on your win and like i said before just be paitient, your money will likely arrive in a few days..and dont put it back in...

well, It is now the 14th of feb. and I still haven't gotten paid from Vegas regal..I have gotten 2 different answers to my questions..one said the check should go out on the day it was processed..(the 20th of Jan).. and the other said it will take 2-4 weeks to get the check in the mail.
I realize i should wait until Feb. 20th before getting fully concerned.. but can anyone tell me if i do not get the winnings by then should I keep chasing this up on my own or is this something maybe this forums admis. could help me with?
I do not want to get on bad terms with anyone, here or at vegas regal.. as i enjoy this forum and vegas regal casino..
Any suggestions will be welcomed..

shawty id contact them just now and find out if the check had been issued and on what date... if you dont get any answers or payment and you downloaded from here then PM geno your account details etc and sure he will get it sorted for you

WOW...I was surprized to read that you have never received your payout from Vegas Regal ..Hopefully you will receive it any day..Another resource if you need some help in a situation like this is the "Casinomeister" Web page.
I know there is a section where you can actually post a problem and a designated casino rep responds and assists..Not sure if Vegas Regal participates in this forum, but it wouldn't hurt to have a look around and check. In case you are not familiar, the Casinomeister is a watchdog on casinos behaviour and is a good web site for anyone that gambles on line imho...

Hopefully you don't have to go that far, Odds are you will get paid, I haven't seen anything about vegas regal that would make me think otherwise. ..
