No, but I have cashed out at Slots of Vegas and Prism Casino. It took a while and a lot of bitching, moaning, and groaning, but I got paid.
As long as you follow the terms and conditions 1) make the playthrough and only play the games that qualify for playthrough, 2) make sure you didn't use two free chips in a row, make a deposit between free chips, and 3) read and understand all of the terms and conditions.
Maybe we might hear of someone cashing out, you never know.

I know it takes a long time unless you are a high depositor, then you go to the front of the line. I was told this by the Finance Manager. Although it's been a while since I cashed out, but I requested my funds to be sent Western Union.. When they finally issued the funds, it was at Western Union ready to be picked up in about one hour.
