All your info from Absolute Slots is autmatically carried over to the new Slots Power download. You won't be a new customer for any sign up bonus.. DON'T make a new account if you already have one with Absolute Slots! If your flagged on one it will follow to the new one.
Just open it up and sign in with same Absolute Slot account. Don't make a new account - pretty sure but that might flag you as a multiple account user which you don't need to have happen
