All I can get is a page that says... SORRY THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR KENTUCKY RESIDENTS, but I don't live in Kentucky?????

hi,steph,i get same message and i dont live in kentucky either. iv gotten it for a long time now. called cable co. to fix it , but its still the same . its your IP. address thats base in kentucky, hope that helps , ty josie46

I'm guessing it's going on the IP address (supplied by your ISP).
Sometimes you might find logging out of the internet (unplugging / rebooting your router) sometimes helps but if your ISP is based in KY perhaps that's why it detects it as Kentucky.
Just for info - the tool I use to check IP address - NEITHER of yours shows as Kentucky - it might be a bug in their system...
Not sure if it helps.

Thanks Geno!! I live in NV and once in a while I get the same error. Hope they just re-allow ALL US some day.....
