I am sorry you feel that way . I too at one time had trouble with another casino but I just waited a day and started from scratch and sent all my info in again and wala got it all fixed . I had the same problem with Lions and it was with a cashout of $600.00 and not on a free chip. They made me send the documents 4 times and never let me know they couldn't read them. I felt jerked around. I had to write them as nobody informed me of any information regarding my cashout.
I decided it was a stall tactic and was not happy as it is a new casino. I had to ask for help from an advocacy site to gather information on Lions
in case I needed help getting the said cashout. I did not like the way they did business at all. This is my experience with them.

I finally did obtain the monies but it took a long time. The documents were clear too but they insisted they were not.
