[b]I am a paying customer of the jackpot factory and back in July and August 2008 I began receiving the monthly bonus mailer. It was nice. But in September I was unable financially to play online, so I saw the post here about the url for the monthly mailer. I went to it and claimed, and of course did not receive it.
