Well here we go again with my regular question time

With the cleopatra slot, does anyone know exactly how random the random jackpot is? is it not activated by getting a particular sequence of symbols?

Also, has anyone had a big win like this off an ND bonus (even when it does not mean they would get the full amount due to the playing restrictions).
