Ok geez... just spent 45 minutes waiting for live chat so i finally ended chat session after a one sided conversation with myself...lol, wish we could just combine points ourselves within our software.i guess i'll just call support.i already emailed yesterday and no email acknowledgement either. they must be really busy. gonna keep trying. take care all. kimberly

I am so glad this information helped some of you guys!! The reason I emailed WAS because I asked them about combining loyalty points because their software wasn't like some other Microgaming casinos. The first email took about a day for a response and they apologized for the delay and they said they were working hard on the response time for us. So be patient because it did take a little longer for a response but they will respond personally too.
