is that good or bad? can it be trusted to pay out or not? i guess i dont put much faith in RTG casinos. would like to, but you hear so much bad about a lot of them. just curious. thanks for the help

I can't answer for VIP lounge casino(s) but just a word about two very good RTG casinos which are Inetbet and Casino Extreme who both have excellent support and very quick same day payouts.
So i agree RTG casinos do not have the best reputation which is largely due to the amount of free chips you get with them, but not all are bad the two i mentioned above i reckon are among the best there are out there of any on-line casino.

I would probably opt for club world monica as i find inetbet winners are few and far between, but there reputation as boris says is first class!
