I went to Live Chat to ask if I could cashout any of my winnings. They simply said no I would not be able to do that. My balance was at $300, so I went back to play off the balance just for kicks. When I went to a game, it said that my balance was zero. I htouhgt that was odd, so I logged in again, well tried to, and got the message that I wasn't allowed to log in. I think that is totally uncalled for! I don't quite understand it. I said thank you when they told me no, why do they have to be like that?! I don't have a duplicate accountand I would guess that I used 2 coupons in a row, but they approved it! Now they lock me out!

I am not sure I should post this here or not. I just want people to know what kind of casino they are dealing with.

On my Birthday I felt like I was in a Twilight Zone.


Well ....at least GoldenArch casino gave me $20 bonus twice on my Birthday....and the took it back ......twice.

See, after finished talking to my pal Mark T. I went to play my $20 bonus at Golden Arch.... OOps balance 4c. Support guy Brian creditted another $20. Played 3 spins on the slot and had to leave. Came back 6 hours later... guess what....my balance is back to 4c.

And that is not the funny (not a hehe funny) the manager Alex ( i think ) told me that it never happened :

So I coppied the whole transcript of my chat with Brian and in it he clearly said:

Hmmm..... Ok now.....Do You think Alex recreditted the same bonus for a third time?
