I just tried claiming but it was there to claim,

spoke to support, they said it should be available, or in your account in about 2 hours.

They said it had been set up to expire before the emails were sent out. (oops).

then claim it man!

From what support said, there system was set wrong so i would guess no.

It was there as well as the free $15
I tried to claim the $10, but it said I wasn't eligible

They cut the chat and I never got an answer as to why I got the e-mail and I never got to find out why my account would be 'flagged'
I tried live chat again, but no-one responded so I guess my questions will go unanswered

I am sorry to say, with support like that I won't be playing there
I did have money ready to deposit as soon as I had played the $10, but that went into a casino I know and trust

Hey dolphs you aren't the only one they have done this too! Well, not This is Vegas TO ME but to my daughters godfather who signed up at This is Vegas, on his computer, at HIS house and he went to login, it said he was locked out. Now for me, I logged into my Pantasia Casino, after getting the same email, went to claim it, said I was inelible and when I went to chat, I GOT THE SAME CHIT bla bla bla! No eplanation of why or how, more like TOUGH


So even tho I love their slots, and was wanting to deposit there, I won't.
