i saw on another board that you have to e-mail support to get it. i e-mailed and they said i would be notified in 24 hour's of when i would be credited. just a head's up

I got same story in live chat and on the phone, although im not sure live chat knew what i was talking about as they said i had to sign and return a form with credit card details on. NOT a chance!!!!!

hi well i made a depositebefore servey and they said because i took a slot bonus i was not eligable for 25$ i told them i find another casino to deposite in ty josie46

i made a couple of deposits here and they told me no i did not. LOL i even copy and pasted the deposits from my neteller showing their name and the date and amount i deposited and they still said i never made a deposit. What a joke. i also checked their account history and it really shows no deposits. When i asked where my deposit went (i did play it) and why it was not showing they terminiated my chat. I guess this casino does not want depositing players.

Same here. Depositing player in the past, but no 25.00 for filling out survey. From what I experienced, and what I have read here, I think CC should not recommend this casino. Terrible customer service and very dishonest.
