I found this in another forum but I have found a card that I can use at any casino online. I just go to my local convenient store and load the money and I'm all set! 
Don't know if this right forum or if it's been already posted but I was able to deposit at every  online casino my regular credit cards were blocked at.

my netspend card stopped working to fund my neteller account a couple months ago.... kept declining it, but it works to fund casinos no problem

i dont have a problem with withdraws with it...... but as i mentioned in another post meta bank is stopping all gaming transactions shortly, this comes from a friend of mine who works for that company.... netspend is owned by meta bank, and shame on you pb1973 for putting your affilate link in your post.....
