Below is current terms and conditions: the concerns have with these is the game restrictions; please see highlighted areas below.

The Bonus Program is intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new players to Sandpiper Casino. All players are welcome to participate in these bonus promotions, but any abuse of a bonus promotion which comes to the attention of Sandpiper Casino may result in the cancellation of that bonus promotion and/or future bonus promotions.

The following games will be not counting towards the total wagering amount required to cash-in the bonus promotion: Baccarat, Casino War, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack and Jacks or Better. Players must meet the minimum wagering requirement of 30 times the deposit in real money bets (not bonus money) to be in compliance. The wagering requirement to earn the bonuses begins immediately upon the player initiating the bonus program. Bonuses are neither playable nor withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met. The minimum wagering requirement must be fulfilled no later than 60 days after the bonus promotion has been initiated. Failure to meet the minimum wagering requirement will be cause for the promotional bonus to be forfeited by the player. Withdrawal of the deposit which triggers the bonus promotion before meeting the minimum wagering requirement will terminate the bonus immediately. The deposit amount can however be reduced through normal betting without penalty. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the casino manager will be considered full and final.

Sandpiper Casino may, at our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of any player to participate in bonus promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in any bonus promotion.

Sandpiper Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate bonus promotions at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to players. However, Sandpiper Casino will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. Sandpiper Casino shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of bonus promotions, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the player.

Maybe do this mean you have to make a deposit?

the 7 dollars is not a no deposit bonus you have to make a deposit to get the 7 dollars

what they right on their website is ambigue, so, it's a deposit promo. I'm asling to LadyCrush to put this promotion in the "New and existing Depositor Casino Bonuses and Promos

i dont know i like their games, its a shame but i wont deposite the 30 mim, and then have to run 60 times that sounds like a ripoff to me, if 10 people put up 30 $to try thats 300$for the casino , and you would probaly notget a withdrawell ever,iv played towering inferno on harrahs website , its a lot of fun , oh well back to the drawing board , but ty anyway josie46

Dear all,

Thank you for your posts - no more negative posts on this please (we've already got the picture hehe) as I've now sent an email to the casino asking for them to explain this. I am hopeful that I'll have a response within our 7 day policy and if not, I'll remove this casino from our Bonus Database.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. I have asked the casino to either (a) make clearer terms OR (b) credit people the $7 no deposit .. Let's hope it's (b) so we can try this place out for real cash.

For now, to experience the games - please try the 'play for fun' option.
