Hello Royal, I am not sisters but I can answer that question, or I can try anyway lol. Photobucket is a free image hosting, photo sharing and video sharing site. You can put a picture or video on that site and then use it where ever you want. And for sisters, all she had to do was put a link in her signature on here and it would display the photo she had uploaded to photobucket. She must have deleted it off photobucket so that is why it says "This image or video has been removed by photobucket".
I actually love using photobucket for uploading my pictures, and then if I want to include them to a website or signature, all I need to do is go to photobucket and copy and paste a link instead of uploading the same picture over and over. You should give it a try, if I can figure it out so can you 
Sorry if you do not understand my explanation...its late and I wanted to at least try since I saw the question...If someone can explain it better please do, I will not take offence lol
