I'm guessing that this offer doesn't apply to those of us that live in the US and Canada. I registered and while I was filling out the address form I noticed that tab for the State information says "NO US or CANADA".

There's nothing on the site that I could find that says they don't accept real players from here, but I went ahead and filled in the information. I entered my credit card info and waited (and waited) and never had the $10 added. Live Chat was Dead so I just gave in.

Btw, I also try to ask some details from their live chat, few times, but no respond never. They use quite unusual live chat-system... or i like that "basic" LivePerson-system, what 90% use... work always.

I played on that $10 for a good while and had it up to $35 playing nickel slots. I finally got greedy and blew it all.

The live chat window kept saying something like "Wait for live chat to load" and after a few minutes I decided to just close the window off.
