Hi just got $160 insurance bonus from the deposit i thought i would get 50% off my losses what would be $50 but i got half off my deposits $160 instead with 15x rollover and $160 maxcashout i could even make $60 now good news. and on making some comps got my cash up to $1600 on golden glove then went into ronin and it sucked up $1.3k on $10 a spin with no feature in little over 200 spins o well bye now gl everyone.....

Ok crushers look at what these fukc wads have done to me at clubplayer read my 2nd post on this topic for proof here is also a email i have sent them about this problem.

Ok here it goes i made a $20 deposit on a 444% coupon i had done all my wagering with more than a balance off my 10x max cash out and then i went to live chat and asked how much i should put in for a withdrawal and was told $220 which was wrong. then i asked what i should do with my remaining credits off $100 or so and i was told to play them to zero which i did. because when i had to played them to zero the guy on live chat was goin to credit my 50% insurance which he did now this is the problem you sent me my withdrawal for only $132 because you deducted my bonus from my $220 i put in for withdrawal which would be the right thing to do but big but you only told me to put in for $220 this was not my fault it was the chat operator who was at fault i have spoke to live chat and they say you have chat records off every conversation we have and they kept resiteing a conversation about a 500% bonus when were not even talking about a 500% coupon its a 444% coupon all i can say is look at all the chats we have had find the conversation about the 444% bonus and you will find it. also when i had done all my wagering i had a balance off over $1.4k it would be a little silly off me to put in for a withdrawal off $220 now wouldn't off it. heres a couple off posts i made at my forum i belong to when i was playing this promotion. and if you look at the 1st reply which was from me you can see that i said this. > Hi just got $160 insurance bonus from the deposit i thought i would get 50% off my losses what would be $50 but i got half off my deposits $160 instead with 15x rollover and $160 maxcashout i could even make $60 now good news. and on making some comps got my cash up to $1600 on golden glove then went into ronin and it sucked up $1.3k on $10 a spin with no feature in little over 200 spins o well bye now gl everyone.....

now you will see here that the difference from $1.6k and the $1.3k i had lost on ronin was a little over $300 which was my maxinum withdrawal amount on the bonus i was playing, i went to live chat and was told to put a withdrawal in for $220 and play the remaining balance to zero then come back and claim the insurance which i did now the fault was on the chat operator not me.
