I hope someone with an Everygame account can give me a clue about what I should do about Everygame.
I signed up not long ago, via our banner, of course. I signed up at the casino and deposited over $100 with no bonus. The next day when I went back to start playing, I was locked out.
I called Live Support. She told me no USA. I asked of course, how to get my money back. She said to go to Everygame Sportsbook, where it had been transferred to (without my permission).
I went. I logged in. They showed my money being in Everygame Poker. Again without my permission.
Went to Everygame Poker. Was locked out.
Sent email.
Received reply with link for logging in and my new password they had changed (again without my permission).
Clicked on the link. Filled in new password. Was refused entrance.
NOW WHAT?

Not wishing to sound totaly stupid, but isn't there an ombudsman for this sort of thing? isn't there a proffesional group overseeing casinos? I'll look into iot for you and get back to you on here, unless anyone already knows something I dont, which is quite likely! lol
Anyway, hope you get something sorted, BUT I will let you know asap x

I thank you all very, very much!
I hate it that I am the one instead of them that has to go to all the trouble when they caused it!!!!
TY Valeria....LOL!.....I was just trying to keep from bothering Geno if a good member could help instead.
I'm still waiting to hear again from "idontknowdoyou". Seems sweet.
Thanks again, all!
I suppose a lot of US citizens have Internet accounts? Would sure like to know!
