im still waiting been 3 days i emailed yesterday and no reply oh well i only deposited there once just recently so no biggie but the slow resonse or lack of response to my email has not encouraged me to deposit again, i have heard many good things before but i hate waiting forever for casinos to reply to me

The bonus claim page will tell everyone that the bonus will be deposited in your account within few minutes but the offer is valid only for those who received the offer in mail...

Oh, and their support said that they're packed with all kinds of promos out there and the response time for emails is much longer than usual

Hi,
I have yet to receive an email response from Wild Jack and I sent my
email 3 or 4 days ago.....I had just deposited again with them last week.
I wont be depositing there again as I understand about the puzzle promo
but they can at least respond to my email even if its an automated
response

The message in the casino lobby says their support is experiencing delays due to a techinal problem. This has been going on for a while, they do respond but it does take a few days.
