Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to post this.....
I have been with Grand Mondial for a few years now, I rarely get any good deals, but on Tuesday, I recieved a bonus offer for a 100% deposit bonus, and 10 free spins on Jonny Specter. I told my daughter about it (ejaeruss) so she decided to goto live help and ask if she was eligible for this bonus. She was told that that was an opening bonus offer for new customers. She then told someone that her mother (me) had recieved the offer and that I had been there for a couple years and deposited many times. They then asked her for my account number, then came back saying that a select few customers had been given that offer again, but unfortunately she was not one of them but I was.
Now, a few hours ago, I decided i would take up this offer, so went to live help to claim, and was told that bonus was not sent to me!! I then told live help that ithe email was right in front of me. She then told me to take a screenshot of the email and send a copy. After that, I then had to wait an hour for the response telling me that I had already used up this offer when I joined ( more than 2 years ago) - which would have varied, but still been a welcome offer.
I went back to live help who then asked me to forward the email. I was then told that it was a mistake and I should not have recieved it, but they apologised "because these things sometimes happen when they have so many customers".
Eventually, after 2 hours and alot of complaining, and being put through to someone else, I got the bonus. But that was ridiculous. I finally got a night off work, decided to have a few drinks, sit down and relax with a nice bonus, and then had to deal with this for over 2 hours.
This is the first time I have had any trouble with them, which is a shame cos i always liked this casino. I am just wondering if this is something I need to start worrying about now with this casino.
Any comments would help, cos I just wonder if this casino has gone downhill, or this was just a one-off problem...

I, too, have had an account with Grand Mondial for a long time and it is still active, one of the few places I play lately.
My opinion is that you were lucky enough (NOT!) to get the wrong and a very bad support person that started your problem. Hard to tell what she wrote on your account that every following support person would see!
I say this because I still am enjoying good and dependable service at Grand Mondial.....so much so that your post shocked me.
I hope it was a one-time incident for you!
I also am sorry you had to have your evening spoiled that way! I can empathize, putting myself in your place.
Let us know, but I don't think you will have any more trouble at all.
