What's Going On At Cc? (updated June 6th 2007)

Dear Crushers,

Please note that the difficulties regarding receiving transfer of last months funds into the (now older) CC account are still in process.

As such funds are having to be transferred from Neteller to another account, which will then fund any remaining amount of EcoCard payments that we don't get paid via EcoCard.

Unfortunately, many of our affiliate programs do not have EcoCard as an affiliate payment method, all that have - I changed back in March/April - and whenever any others add it I of course add it.

This means that generally speaking, payments for USA and Canadian players are going to be delayed approximately 14 days currently whilst we catch up.

Overall, we can of course only pay as we receive money and are able to fund the EcoCard account / receiving affiliate payments in that way.

I expect a few EcoCard payments to be available over the next couple of days, and I will of course process any outstanding APRIL contest winners before those in MAY (that is - those via EcoCard).

All Neteller payments are already up-to-date including May.

I'm sorry for the delay to the majority of members who are USA/Canada but there is really nothing I can do to speed things up - I will continue as always, to pay what I can as soon as I can.

Be assured, the money will come to you.

To give you an idea, I expect all remainig April prizes to be paid by around 20th June (some will come in the next few days, the rest spread over the next couple of weeks).

May Prizes (for EcoCard) I will of course start paying these as soon as April is complete, on/after around 20th I suspect.

Dear Crushers,

I'm very sorry that unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to make ANY further prize payments (for prizes won this month or those already pending payment) most likely until some time early next month.

The main issue at the moment is some regulatory things that are happening with the CC bank accounts - nothing to worry about - just something that happens from time to time - mainly accounting / audit purposes.

I am advised that this may take anything from 2 to 6 weeks (I was advised of this approximately 2 weeks ago), and was hopeful it might be completed now but it would appear not.

The current estimate is that things should be completed in another 2 weeks. We will still be holding contests with prizes but the processing time for making the payments will obviously be longer than usual for the time being.

My apologies to all of you for the disappointment and inconvenience this causes, but please be assured we are doing all we can to have everything back to some state of normality asap.

Hello Crushers! Just a note to let you know that Geno is in Amsterdam at the Affiliate Convention and should be arriving back home May 8th. At that time all of the contests will be closed for last month, with the exception of possibly the Slot Challenge Tournament, that might take a couple of extra days.

I was going to close the other contests but so it won't seem so long that the winners get paid I decided I'd wait until the 7th or 8th to post the winners also.

Hello Crushers! I have some good news and some bad news .... lol the good news .... We will be having all of our regular contests plus more with prize money for the month of April. The bad news .... Geno is on holiday until sometime tomorrow, so all points etc will be reset at that time and we'll be starting the new month contests, tomorrow or tuesday at the latest.

Update 25th March 2007:
Dear Crushers,
Thanks again for your patience whilst we were catching up with the large back log of collating payment info for our USA players and paying them via EcoCard whilst also catching up on all our other Neteller payments.

The good news is that all but a few (pending accounts details and/or funds being awaited from some of our sponsors/affiliated gambling sites) have now been processed - easily 95-99% are now completed.

As I'm sure you can appreciate we couldn't hold so many cash contests this month (March), without affecting our time to pay the backlog. We had most if not all of our regular monthly cash contests and these will be judged at the end of the month / start of April when we will re-commence our mass of Cash Contests payable by both Neteller (non USA) and EcoCard (USA members) (assuming both continue to be available of course lol)

Thanks for keeping with us and posting lots of great promos and information and maintaining and building such a great community spirit here at CC.

Dear Crushers,

Thanks for sticking with us during these somewhat tricky times with the various legislations which have had a fairly big impact not only on our USA members, but also CC's payment of prizes and our incomes to pay for them from some casinos etc to be delayed.

As most of you know, for USA members we are now paying our contest prizes using EcoCard (all non-USA members will continue to be paid via Neteller).

As those of you owed prizes will know, we are experiencing quite a back-log at the moment, which I am doing my best to get through but this has been hampered with a few issues along the way, most recently by some of the money we are owed not having yet been paid to us, and some of it still in transit via the various banks and payment methods.

Rather than create more of a backlog, what we're going to do in March is have month-long contests with all prizes being announced at the end of the month.

This will give me a chance to fully catch up (I aim to have all prizes announced so far, paid by the end of the month).

The contests we will have this month might be a bit more tricky than usual, but the prizes will be worth it for sure

We aim to have some contests out for you at the start of next week.

We will see how things go, and with a few new contest ideas too, I'm sure we'll be helping to fill your Neteller and Ecocard accounts with more free cash more often as we have done over the past 3 years.

All Feb contests will be judged and will be paid at some point during March - as soon as we can.

Watch out for some crazy contests with some nice big prizes to keep you busy and entertained this month

You might be surprised to know how often I wish I knew you well & could learn the many things you could teach me (like a mentor I guess) b/c I would love to be able to be Geno when I grow up (heehe) well, to do what you do even half as well. Many times I've daydreamed of taking a walk in your shoes.
In a time like this though, I have to say I'm glad I don't have to be you in the past few weeks. I am sure I would have a terrible time trying to keep up with "da man in demand's" workloads at times when everything turns out right & great. I can only assume, but it must be quite consuming as it is without this type of BEEEEPING huge BLEEP BLEEP complications.

Anyhoo Thanks for the update it is appriciated. I myself am in no hurry whatsoever b/c I won $50.00 in the Jan. LUU contest, & was SO shocked (that I screamed out at the sight of it... the random click prize for $125.00 more!!! ...that is if I could get all those cc's. ) I am doing everything possible trying to collect all I can. Voting, cc lotto, free lotto 20 times a day, bingo, and I have been on that darn bounus bounty slot like you wouldn't believe. I actually won the CC lotto last week but by time I did I'd spent so many trying & hoping, and losing that I pretty much just broke even. Other than the monthly vote cc garentee I'm having no luck in my hunt for the elusive cc. So Geno take your sweet time getting to me b/c I'm gonna need it. So.... uhmm that's my 2 cents. Wish me luck in the lottery eh?!?

Thanks sisters but yes I usually cast all my votes on the 1st day of each new month. So far that's been the only way I've actually been able to get a few extra points. I have been doing everything I possibly can for a month & usually only buy 5 or less cc lottery tickets per game. I am just having some bad bad luck trying to add up some points. After a whole month, all I'm only about 500 points richer than I was 28 days ago. I'm going to get those lil' suckers somehow. I am relentless and refuse to give up. I just need a little more time.. heehee As much as I can get so Geno if you want I would be happy to be last on your list of happy winners in waiting! I'm sure none of the others would mind if I let them cut in line heehee....

Thanks for the update Geno. You are da man!!! I know you will eventually get it all caught up and as most online Casinos wont accept my money anyway, I am not in too much of a hurry. Bless this US government that THINKS they know what is best for us. My one regret is that I was among the first few to be paid my prize in the BIG contest in January. The timing kind of sucked and I fear I may never actually see that money.

Looking forward to the future as I can do nothing to change the past!
