What To Do With Boiled Eggs...contest Closed

Since I can't eat them all I make sure my daughter and her family take the majority home. The ones I keep, I peel them, dip them in salt and pepper and eat them with a slice or 2 of toast. I slice them on salad. And eventually I throw some away.

if i can't find someone to take them home . i makeegg salad . just dice them put a touch of mustard, mayo, relish is opp. then fix on toast . makes a nice lunch or mid. morn. snack. ty josie46

well, i like to send the majority of extra eggs home with family or friends. also take them to work. they are great cold with salt and pepper on them.
youd be surprised at how much my youngest son can eat. he eats more than anyone i know. if i had a chicken,she would go into early menapause just trying to keep up with him!!!!!!!!!!

I make a big batch of EGG Salad and we eat Egg salad sandwiches for lunch!!

I love hard boiled eggs with salt on them. I also like slicing them and putting them on a cracker. I only have one daughter so I never really had to make dozens and dozens.

if you have teanagers and can't get them to clean there room hide a couple of eggs in there, then you can tell them they better clean there room goes it smells like something died in there.(LOL) If nothing else works im sure the smell of rotten eggs will.

I always made egg salad and deviled eggs with what the kids and hubby didn't eat plain. We also like pickled eggs. Don't have the problem anymore as I quit doing hard boiled eggs. Now I make Jello eggs and there are never any left!!

well you can't beat a pickled egg so i always throw them in some vinegar with a little bit of spices

extra eggs....hmmm...????? If there were any extras i believe i would make egg salad, with lots of pepper and mustard.

If we ever had extra eggs on easter we would probably give em to the neighboors or through them a way. Nobody seems to like em in our family.

Although I no longer do the egg hiding thing, when I was growing up I could count on a couple months worth of pickeled eggs. Just glad I liked them!

we have chocolate eggs so there arent any leftovers lol, but I guess you could pickle them (yuck)

the left over eggs usually end up in the trash lol
