I've been looking for onlinecasino hasgtags on facebook and found an interesting website that, as far as I understand, collects bonuses from different casinos. You can however post some of the offers if the casino offering them is in included in the CC banners which you can access each time you make a post. There is a button below the field where you type to check for them
