Thought I would share the excellent customer service at this Casino. After giving me the code for £30, I managed to reach £90 bonus money. After working out the bonus system, I eventually had to deposit a total of £120 to meet the wagering requirements, due to the lack of winning and that is where the kind of success comes in. Due to a glitch in the system I emailed customer support (who answered promptly) to say I thought I had met the wagering requirements, to which they reponded that I had and they immediately transferred this to my withdrawable money. You have to email support for a Neteller withdrawal (£108 in my case), which I did and within 24 hours this was in my Neteller account. I did lose £12 in the end but will deposit there again, after their excellent customer service. I hope all of you have a similar experience to me.

I was finally able to access the cashier section also and tried a few times to deposit to find out that they do not at this time accept USA deposits. I was informed they are working on it now so hopefully it won't be much longer.
I also found out that every time I tried to deposit they get charged for it even if it doesn't go through so please wait until they notify us that we can start depositing.

Hello All,
I am freshly back from my computer taking leave/on holiday leave-ing me without internet access for the last 2 months... I just signed up for Victoria Palace Casino.. yes I do have a Canadian Yahoo email (another story/day), anyway... but I was able to use my Ecocard account...kinda strange ... they gave me the casinos Account infor... and I emailed them with the amount of my deposit and from the account to which I transferred from... and it went off without a hitch...
Now, about these bonuses.... just how do they work with this type of software... are the bonuses credited similarly to the RTG coupons-- to your account... ???
Oh, yes I live in California, USA but the $$$ was in my account within 3 - 4 hours... of course I had to email them .... they had to verify..., however, I have not had an easy time of depositing with the ECOcard, as you all most likely know!
Any way I just thought some of you might want to know.... !!!!
