sloto cash/ scary rich 2/a lost win?

this happened to me a few min ago hit the free spins at scary 2 and got the 3 expanding wilds but guess what game froze? couldnt do anything had to close the game down and hope this shot was there when i came back but it didn't, it started spin #4 again

i have mailed support but reckon they wont do anything shame though that spin was worth about $400 i think

update:)got a reply from them now and apperntly i had a network error
the spin before so the reels can show incorrect the next spin:)

Hi ega, go to your playcheck in the cashier. you can get a detailed look for that spin like the pic i will post.

Also you notice that i to have chosen a pic from a free spin feature. Look it says wagered 0 won 150 on that 1 spin.

I think you have a very good case to be paid, i have never seen anything like this at rival before.

hi ill and no i didn't get paid it did not show up on my playcheck

when you get a network error as i did the spiun before the reels can go bananas they say the spin after and thats why it doesn't show up anaywere
