I went over and played here, I managed to get through the playthrough amount

Just for your info for future reference. If you have claimed free money (no deposit) at any other Rival within an hour you won't be able to recieve anothe from another Rival for an hour. So if that happens to you just wait an hour and it will go right through.

I met the requirements to withdraw but when I tried using Click2Pay I got an error. I went to live help and was told to make a small deposit and then withdraw. I don't understand I have met the requirements. Oh well thanks for the post.

Most casinos (including some Rivals) require a small minimum deposit before paying out on a NEW customer and a freebie chip. Once you do you will never again have to when you cash out a freebie.

It really isn't that uncommon hon.

Its true, 2 times in the last 6 months I have made the playthrough and was asked for a deposit before cashing out using a free chip but it was worth it, you really cant expect something for nothing, allthough last summer I cashed out $150.00 with no required deposit since it was with a group casino that I had ties with
