VEGAS PARTNER LOUNGE

This competition (this "promotion") is exclusively open to Real Money Account Holders of Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos (Crazy Vegas Casino, Sun Vegas Casino, 777 Dragon Casino, Cinema Casino, Arthurian Casino, Casino US/UK and Maple Casino).

To secure a ticket for the draw to attend the final draw on the cruise, players must place 1000 or more wagers and deposit a minimum of $100 at a participating casino (see above) within the promotional month. Players can accumulate more than 1 ticket per month.
EXAMPLE: A player that wagers 5000 times and deposits $500 will have 5 tickets into the draw to attend the final draw aboard the cruise. Only 1 ticket into the final draw can be won per month.

Finalists will be informed via e-mail of their invitation within 5 working days of the new month.

The promotional period will run until 31 October 2008. The event will take place aboard the Caribbean Freedom Cruise ship departing from Miami, Florida, USA, on the week of 9 November 2008 to 16 November 2008. The Vegas Partner Lounge Group reserve the right to change the nature, date and format of this final event, without notice.

The selected finalists must take the trip during the time period over 9 November 2008 to 16 November 2008. The trip may not be transferred to another time period, nor the value of which transferable for cash. Designated finalists are not obliged to be present at the draw in order to qualify for the main draw prizes. However, the cash prizes from the Casino Treasure Cruise onboard Casino Tournaments can only be won by attending finalists.

The prize structure is as follows:

1st place: Porsche Boxster
2nd place: Fiat 500 1.2 Pop
3rd place: Kawasaki Vulcan 500 LTD
4th place: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
5th place: Kawasaki KLX 140L
6th place: $2,500 cash
7th place: $2,000 cash
8th place: $1,500 cash
9th - 19th place: $1,000 cash each
20th - 29th place: $500 cash each
30th - 175th place: $250 cash each

Main prizes may be exchanged for the cash value of the prize, which will be deposited as casino credits into the winner's casino account.

The casino credit prizes will be published in US (United States) Dollars. Should a prize winner participate on a non US Dollar casino, the prize will be adjusted to an equivalent value in British Pounds, Canadian Dollars or Euros, whichever is applicable. The foreign exchange rate will be given at the ruling rate at the time by The Vegas Partner Lounge Group, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Vegas Partner Lounge Group will reimburse the finalists for reasonable economy class flights (including airport taxes, tourist levies) of the player and 1 (one) partner to the final event. This amount will be reimbursed to the player via casino credits at the discretion of the Casino Groups. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Airfares will only be reimbursed to players attending the final event.

The Finalist Prizes include air tickets, airport taxes and tourist levies, accommodation on the ship, transfers to and from the airport to the Cruise Ship, and cover for incidentals to the value of $500 per cabin (which includes gratuities). The Prizes exclude the costs for any vaccinations and inoculations, travel documents (e.g. passports), visas and travel and health insurance.

Vegas Partner Lounge Groups shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations, or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, denied boarding, changes in fares and rates, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations, tickets, or charters beyond its control and without notice.

Neither the participating Casinos nor their proprietors or their associated companies or agents are or shall be liable to the Designated Winner/s and/or the Designated Winner/s' chosen travel partner (either jointly or severally) for any damage, damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), injury, death, loss or costs for or from any cause whatever and however arising as a result of the Designated Winner/s or the Designated Winner/s' travel partner undertaking the trip. The Designated Winner's partner may not and shall not be a minor.

The Designated Winners hereby agree that their (his/her) first name(s) and photograph(s) may be used in any publicity material.

Employees of any member of the Participating Casinos, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

The standard terms and conditions of the member of the Participating Casinos at which you met the Minimum Deposit and Wagering Requirements apply to this promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this promotion, and the standard terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other instances these terms and conditions are complimentary and additional to the standard terms and conditions.

In entering this competition you hereby consent to personal information about you being shared amongst the members of the Participating Casinos. This information shall only be utilized to communicate with you in respect of this competition, complete the Draw procedure and notify the Designated Winners.

The Vegas Partner Lounge Group determination of the Winner shall be final and binding on all parties. The Vegas Partner Lounge Groups shall not enter into any correspondence in this regard.

Selected finalists are only eligible for the final in the Cruise subject to having played at any Vegas Partner Lounge Online Casinos 60 days prior to 9 November 2008 (i.e. from 9 September 2008 to 9 November 2008). Failure to meet this requirement will result in exclusion and a replacement draw will be held.
