I am a past depositor at this casino. My last transaction was a deposit, not coupon, and yet I received a message that this coupon has already been redeemed. Not True. This has happened to me a few times with this casino and I have now decided not to deposit there again because of this.

Out of interest - did you attempt to contact the casino staff and ask / allow them time to try and rectify the situation?

Sometimes things happen with new casinos, and these are often a good time to check out the customer service and wondered if you had yet.

Live Chat (Chris) just told me to return to the forum and post that it was a one time, single use coupon code....but she did offer me a great bonus ...however I declined, so that, I might hurry and post this and "Not waste his/her time, or the bonus seeker's time either".

Hi all,

I used a code that was sent to me via email. Casino staff responded to my emaill telling me that they could not find my account. Very strange seeing that I used the code that they sent me.

Just wanted to clear all that up.

Sorry, forgot to tell you that I responded to the email from VIP telling me that they could not find my account with all my account details, and the code that they emailed to me, to hopefully help them resolve this.

When I receive a response I will let you all know what happened.

Live chat did not work for me, so I had to email the info.

E-mail codes sent to a person are usually PERSON SPECIFIC meaning ONLY for that person. It means that it won't work for anyone else. Please keep that in mind when you have an email promotion like this. Just say watch your emails for it. People get mad when in all actuality it is not a valid code for anyone but the person it was mailed to.
This protects the casino as well as your OWN accounts from abuse. Be glad

I would not want somone using MY code if I hadn't redeemed it yet and therefore null and void it for myself.
