I always appreciate, if casino manager have time to this. But i guess you know, that if someone post new promotion to Forum X, then it is everywhere and every forum in few hours/days.
Even i don't use many No Deposit bonus nowdays, i like to help here.
But your live support was unure as well... but i guess your support is quite busy, after hundreds players ask about this offer, etc

It just goes to show how important it is to read and try and understand the t&c's when dealing with casinos.
It sounds like quite a good deal you got there wintlc - deposit $20 and end up with a guaranteed profit.
PS. There is a section to post your wins (winners section), so try and get a screen grab if you get any other wins, and boast ab out become richer

I keep getting different information from there customer service. Once I was told I would have to deposit the 20.00 and I would receive a 250% bonus but would have to play that through 15 times also.
After emailing Megan, she said I would only have to deposit 20.00 and then I would be able to withdraw the 200.00, but my neteller account would have to be under the same name as my casino account. Well, I signed up at the casino under my name, but our neteller is under my husbands name. Again I emailed Megan and she replied that if I would make the 20.00 deposit, it would be OK to transfer the 200.00 to our neteller, as long as the last names are the same. They are, so I made the deposit, emailed Megan and requested the withdraw.
Megan has been very nice and helpful.
