Where Is Help? - 25 May 2011

ok, I don't even know if I'm putting this in the right spot here, but here goes... I am not getting any response as to how to be VIP or what perks that even comes with, ive pm'd and no replies.. there is NEVER anyone in "live chat" while im on... and I check everyday I am a regular depositor at Everygame... but also recently at Vegas2Web, and I tried clicking "links" through here as I signed up through here and there's no response or anything and all I get is "not valid" or "you're not a VIP" but I tried reaching people and I DONT KNO W WHAT TO DO FROM HERE!
so if any1 has any advice, I'm all EARS!

Welcome Winachip to CC.The first thing you have to do is pm CC administration(Geno) with your ID from Any place you play.He checks to confirm you downloaded from here.He wil then message you privately with the result.Then you can click on our VIP section above in red section and make any claims you may have.
Click on the Member Section above and Admin will be the first name on the list.PM him from there.He and a few members are in Atlantic City this week so he may not reply until next week.Hope this helps you.

as bower said winachip pm geno (crushadmin) about it, but if you can get into vip area above then go to offers available to all members then down to casino you want, at side you can register your account by entering your casino id and geno will either approve it or not, as for no answers to pms it can take geno a while to answer pms as he gets a lot and is often away so try pming sistercrush or orange crush and they will chase it up for you, as for live chat its not a chat in the sense people are there every day to help you its more a chat to take part in bingo etc, but members and staff will be in their fri through to monday twice a day for bngo sessions, check the bingo contest for times in your area, they are twice a day and last half an hour so if you pop in theres plenty of people you can ask your questions to and get the answers you need
