Josie, maybe check and make sure your putting area code etc in also because that is way weird! I have always, since day 1-- 5 years ago been putting in my cell phone number, i put it in home phone# spot and also same number again in cell phone spot. It should work like that, maybe if you don't have it listed under home phone also its not accepting it. Hope it works for you---happy gaming!

I had a chat with these guys and apparently they bought the software from gfed with the u.s market in mind.

they replied quickly when I contacted support through their page but have not replied... 24 hrs now... to my reply that they were wrong and I did download from Casino Crush....now I am wondering if at some time in the past , when they were GFED ,if I had downloaded and that is the problem...but then again I doubt that because we all know that the bonuses are not good at multiple GFEDs so we don't do that and...why would I have to register when I got them from Casino Crush posting and banner.....possibly because I did nto claim at time of download. but did not know about then...maybe because the offer was not in effect when I downloaded..don't know when it started...maybe they just have problems or did not check...let me know...its
