I think Wired Plastic is the brand. Just like Greendot, netspend visa, and so on. I am not sure though. Maybe someone who has one can let you know.

Visa Gift cards that you buy from like Walgreens etc are basically like Green Dot cards and can't be used for gambling.
Netspend Cards can be bought online or you can go to the website and it will tell you where you can purchase a reloadable card. The prices vary. I deposited $100 on my card at a local check cashing place and wasn't charged anything for the card and they sent me a Visa card in the mail that I reload now for any amount and they charge me $2. (Netspend charges $1 per transaction when you use your card) www.netspend.com
