as usually i used a freebie appreciation chip for march --by chance i won over 2k off of 35 dollars
i know there was no way i could withdraw it as i have never deposited there --but i enjoying the slots there so i never withdraw just play till its gone but this time --the casino manager took all the money i won and said i wasn't intitled to those funds

why do they send u free chips if u can't use them????

As with any casino ksmith you have to read the t&c's and always deposit between free chips. They send you freebies in hopes that you will deposit before you use them. i hoped this helped

I know that had to be a heartbreaker for you and I sympathize.

However, the forum rules say that you should PM Geno about it instead of posting.

We used to have a casino complaints section, but had to close it, not because of anything you did, but because of abuse in general by those who had not yet learned our posting rules.

I can tell you what I think Geno's answer will be tho. It does clearly state in Cirrus's t&c's that big wins like that will not be cashable. I know it stinks and I really do feel bad for you, But we just HAVE TO read the fine print in those t&c's.

Maybe you can chalk this one up to learning by experience?

Sorry - but as the others have said - always read the T&Cs on free chips - especially often you can't claim if you've claimed multiple free chips without making any deposits..

To be fair, you haven't "lost" anything if you haven't deposited.

Of course if you have deposited (still always read the T&Cs for bonuses) at any casino we advertise and have problems - feel free to PM me and I'll get it sorted.
