Tournaments frozen

I apologize for putting this in the incorrect section but is anyone else
having problems getting into the tournaments at Allslots or Villento.
It's like there frozen.

Hello no ive had no probs at all getting in them,but sometimes after i press join tour it takes about a minute before the game starts to load

I actually had that problem for a couple of month..Support told me it is an error in microgaming..At first I thought it might was my pc and my computer there had a problem..

But anyway..They are aware of it...

I clean out my cookies then reboot and sometimes that helps
