I Need Someones Help Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hello crushers i really need some help from someone who knows how to use photshop paint shop etc properly.

I have a logo that i need the resolution higher to be able to have it printed in a large size.

can anyone help me to make it like this. I will give more details if there is
someone who can do this for me

It should be saved in .bmp or .jpg to be able to resize it and keep the details nice and sharp.
