This Could Be Stoking The Fire A Bit Too Much But,

Why is it im getting replies to my posts stating that im not saying whether or not the Casino with the promotion is accepting US players?

Its as though im doing something wrong or something?

I mean Casino Crush is for all people world wide, and some of the promo's don't let some Countries play, which MAY include the US on occassion.

If i am to state whether or not the US is allowed for the promo in every post i make?, surely, if i am to be fair to everyone that uses casino crush then i should post whether or not all the other countries in the world are allowed to play or get the bonus?

I have checked the rules and unless i missed it, i don't think it states that i have to say if the US is allowed to play/or get the bonus.


Im from the UK and when promo's that are posted that im not allowed to claim, i don't start throwing all my rattles out of my pram over it,

What makes someone better or deserve different treatment to someone else? In my opinion absolutely nothing.

Boris, your right not all everyone is from the USA and when I see either your post or anyone else post I take it upon myself to go check the terms and conditions to see if USA can play which is usually stated as soon as I click on the link so please continue to post as I think a minute or two to check it out is well worth it....KEEP UP THE POSTING

as For the USA online Gambling laws i feel your pain as an australian there are quiet afew casino which i am no allowed to play How do i find out i can not play at certain casino's i go to their web site and check it's that simple
as Boris said we here at casino crush are world wide and for that i am greatful for and thank all for posting as i have learnt much more about others and their custom's here then i did in any history class at school

although a bit different than the bandwagon, I hope you will consider my post as well.

I must first point out that you know I enjoy and actually look forward to ALL your posts, for their merits, which are many. Among them, first and foremost, intelligent reasonng and writing ability which makes for instant comprehension of your content and INtent. Your humour is an added extra.

Now to get to my point:

Perhaps there is more concern because of sheer and simple numbers of those affected. A huge percentage of Crusher business, for example. Much more so than any other case.

I must emphasize that I do NOT expect from your posts that distinction concerning USA. I just am trying to explain why so many others might.
It is, after all, the hunk of meat in the boiling stew of internet gambling worldwide at the moment.

And although I do not EXPECT anyone to mention USA exceptions, and would not think of criticizing them if they do not, I do most abundantly appreciate it if they do AS AN UNREQUIRED BUT EXTREMELY CONSIDERATE FAVOR for a huge percentage of our Crusher population. The difference lies within the area of VOLUME.

I am more than aware of the points you have mentioned, and in fact you do have my sympathies at this current time regarding every corner turned seems to present a new more difficult hurdle to overcome.

There is no lack of understanding on my part why people seem a little uptight when i or others do not post the current status of US players, but it does not mean they have a right to reply to mine or others posts as if i or they have committed a crime.

Of course i will post the relevant info when it is easily available or i know it.

There is a perfectly good reason why i have posted here as i have done, and its not just to vent a little steam.

I believe it may already have served it purpose.

To round it off RoyalBlush i am a man of principal, i do not believe in dual standards for anyone, we are ALL equal in my eyes, i do not expect to be treated any different from anyone else, and i do NOT expect anyone to else to be treated differently from me.

Having said that i am an understanding individual here, who can very easily understand how i may might feel myself if the tables were turned?

Hey Boris hon Well I have added that no USA are allowed to posts so that people who are in USA know ahead of time but I have never done it ingraciously that I know of. If I know for a fact that the particular promo or casino don't accept USA or don't accept the 11 states and it wasn't in the original post I mention it. I hope this causes no offense.

I DON'T expect everyone who makes a post to put in whether it is USA friendly or not because most people posting might not be from USA and therefore would not know. The person accepting the promo is responsible for finding that out themselves.

So don't feel bad. And if someone makes a rude comment about it that is THEIR problem if they are too lazy to check first. It isn't difficult to go to the website contact Live help or email and ASK before downloading.

So hope I am not one of those that have made you feel bad as I have no intentions of doing so

I'm with royal, I for one most of the time I put whether the casino accepts US players. the majority of online players 60% are from the united states, that's more than half. so do I want you to post whether the casino accepts US players? I would have to say yes. it's just the right thing to do. especially when we don't know from one day to the next who is accepting US players, and especially for the new Crushers.

Look my point is simple here,

I received a particular reply to a post i made, that has now been deleted from another crusher which referenced a newbie who wrongly posted in the no deposit forum, to me and that "well hes following in your footsteps Boris in your tendancy to not state that, the US are not allowed"

So although i overwhelmingly understand it would be courtious if i posted the current regulations regarding the US.

It should not be US citizens divine right to expect different treatment to someone else here.
